Play with the position of the chairs so the backs are more against the radiator wall, that way you can look out onto the garden and towards the kitchen and diner too. Far be it from me to tell you what furniture to like or to spend unnecessarily but from the photo those chairs look a bit too big for the space. Would those small tub type chairs or something similar sized work better?. Love the fur throw you have, more cozy stuff like that will help create more of a comfy seating zone, pop a little plant ( maybe a small succulent)on the coffee table and there you go x

I am from the school that a handle is a handle whether on a drawer or door. But picking the right one would make all the difference. Hi Sonia. It’s the plant with a name that I can never spell...but I’ll have a go.... tatrapanax papyfirus ‘Rex’ ???? Chinese rice paper plant. Or aka The Triffid! That’s easier to remember. 😉. Apparently they can send out suckers from the roots several meters away so my neighbours might get a few babies in years to come. Can’t argue tho, it’s a fab jungly looking plant. Here’s the proud mum!

If the door is being hinged as you say then i'd have a vertical handle. Depending on the type of handle you've decided on, having all horizontal handles works fine in a galley kitchen but when you have an L shape the doors in the corner can get damaged by the handles of the adjacent doors when these are opened. Looking at the pic it looks like you're having an american fr/frz to the left of the oven tower and the top box looks like its stepped forward so a large horizontal handle could possibly hit the top box assuming the door is hinged left. If the vertical handle doesn't look ok with the symmetry of the kitchen then you could opt for a lift up door with servo drive by blum then the door would open and close at the touch of a button.
