Yes maam of course. We started with a special walnut wiping stain by MinWax and evened the color using a special walnut gel stain followed by 3 coats Duckback Natural Translucent finish. This clear coat has given us several years past its expected life so far. We are very pleased and proud of its capabilities.

If it is untreated and has nothing on it whatsoever there are many options. I have just put down unfinished wide oak planks and have treated them with a white Osmo tinted oil. You can brush it on and leave it or you can remove the excess after 20 minutes to give a sunbleached look. You then apply a coat of Osmo clear and you are done. Yes 60s and 70s wooden furniture was often, but not exclusively teak. The chairs in the photo look lighter than teak to me. GPlan and other makers often used a veneer though. You could perhaps use a teak (colour) oil, stain or varnish if you like that darker colour.
