Wooden bathroom vanities - any advice or pros/cons water stains/marks?

I really want a wooden bathroom vanity with two vessel sinks, like the ones here

But I'm worried about water and product stains; finger marks with cosmetic oils on them etc etc. Does anybody who has them have any anecdotal stories about them? Do they wear well? Or is it a bad idea in practice? I mean, they're available so people must buy them, but I can't find any stories from people who have them, saying if they love or regret. I know that I open drawers when I've got facecream on my fingers and worry that this will stain the wood. ?? What do you think? Thanks!

Most definitely not solid wood flooring ... as everyone above has advised. The whole reason we stopped producing Solid Wood Flooring and manufacturing engineered wooden floors as opposed to Solid Wood floors is due to their inherent stability within 21st century installations i.e. underfloor heating systems / air conditioning etc. Our engineered wooden floors once installed look exactly the same as solid wood flooring (see below) and the usable hardwood wear layer (i.e. from surface to the tongue and groove ) is the same depth - so the same longevity, and you can have them oiled, bespoke stained , texturised to suit your interior. If you change your decor in years to come, you can sand your floor and stain to suit... These 2 floors are both the same ...Character Oak engineered flooring but the floor above has an antiqued stain - this would work well within an Edwardian interior ...whilst the one below is clear UV oiled Character Oak flooring. Hi Stefka, The bathroom is coming along nicely. Is the bath panel a match to the sink base? What material is the floor, vinyl or wood? If it's wood and you're not happy with the colour, have you considered either bleaching it, then colour washing it to a similar colour to the tiles around the bath or staining it darker? (Going darker will make the bathroom seem smaller.) To keep the textures and colours as simple as possible, paint the plaster walls a colour that is 2-3 shades lighter than the square wall tiles. A different colour will chop the room up more. A big mirror over the sink ledge, wall to wall, will make a huge difference to the feel of the room. It will reflect light all around and visually double the space. Colour can be added through towels and accessories like special bottles for oils and lotions. Your tiles look to be a pinky beige so look at neutrals or pale turquoise. Plastic shutters can be wiped down with ammonia and water in the course of cleaning the bathroom and allow access to the window for cleaning and ventilation.

@Jaya Garella I wasn't 100% sure what you meant by 'the bras'? haha. none of the tiles on the mock up pic are anything I have specifically chosen - they are the least offensive on the app I had which is a house mock up program and not specifically for bathrooms. I would need a splashback with a sink unit though as that back sink/wc wall is just a wood frame at the moment so will need plasterboarding. Part of me wants to avoid the grey as although I love a rich grey, the rest of my house is off black by F&B so very dark and moody. In the tiles in a small room it might be a bit drab? I'm also struggling to find patterned tiles that I could put all over the bath wall and bath that wouldn't be too much ie too large a pattern or too small. I would then have to have maybe a wood effect (vinyl or tile) on the floor as I think pattern on the floor and bath panel and large wall might be too much? You don't see the bath wall when you walk in as the door opens to the left and hides it. Trying to find some industrial glam images of alternative options as I'm a bit stuck in a rut with it and my bathroom fitting team is a bit old school so not up on design! haha
