Where to start with house reno

Hiya, weve recently mived house and there is a lot that needs doing in our bew home. Upstairs it is purely cismetic but downstairs we are wanting to have the conservatory made into a proper room and knock through from the kitchen to the dining room. The dining room is currently open plan with the living room. We need new windows throughout. Where do we start? I think we need to have the conservatory made into a proper room first then have the kitchen and dining room reconfigured. How would you do it? Do you think what ive said woyld make best use of the space we have? any thoughts apreciated
