Japanese bathroom / wetroom in London

Is there a company that can build a typical Japanese bathroom / wetroom here in London?

A typical Japanese bathroom has:

A deep self-filling and self-heating bath.
Wetroom-style shower outside the bath.
Automatic bathtub cleaning.

Premium features that I'd also like, ideally:

Room temperature control (these days probably standard in Japan).
Automatic floor cleaning & disinfection.

Basically I want a standard kit fromo TOTO Japan or LIXIL, or equivalent thereof.

Either a unit bath like this one or a bespoke option are OK:

Hi Richard, My thoughts, (and I'm not an expert, so just a personal opinion), but I think the wetroom idea will be a total nightmare to keep clean. I would also be concerned that it not would be the safest option with young children in the house. Unless you are going to meticulously dry the floor down after every shower, anyone using the room afterwards, washing their hands at the sink for example would need to walk on a wet and possibly slippery floor. Also not ideal if you walk around the house in socks.... wet feet.. :-/ Even with really good drainage the floor would remain wet for some time after each shower. These concerns may only bother me though, these things are so subjective, but I always consider how much work will be involved in keeping a room clean and looking great....and the fact that the bath would get wet and no doubt splatted with shampoo and shower gel every time someone showered would have me in there constantly cleaning. This option is definitely also the more costly option as tanking would be required, and I you plan to sell in a year or so, I am not sure it would add value equivalent to your spend on the room. I would go for a nice shower over bath arrangement, this can still look lovely and high end. For example:

Hi Aisha, We looked at the two spaces you have available and came up with the following ideas. Both of these designs can be adapted into either of the two bathrooms. Bathroom 1 (smaller one with central door) For this one we have the toilet and shower on the back wall with a window centered above the toilet, the shower is spacious enough to have double nozzles so can give you a wetroom atmosphere combined with a large bath tub and stylish vanity and basin set. Bathroom 2 (bigger room with door to side) For this bathroom we propose a freestanding oval bath tub, which gets made into a vocal point by angling it into the room with a curved wall at the end in the corner. The rooms atmosphere is further enhanced through a ceiling mounted shower head which turns the bathroom into a 5 star hotel style wetroom with vanity, toilet and bath / shower configuration. Further enhancements to this room could be tiling finishes on the curved wall corner to enhance its effect and a oversize mirror above the vanity to create the illusion of size. Hi Ellie, you have made a good decision on removing the wall. Your new bathroom will look much more spacious. We agree with you on creating a wet room in the right hand corner. It is much easier to install a concealed wetroom shower tray in the first floor, because in older family houses, the floor construction is usually wooden. The problem would be to fit a concealed shower tray into the concrete ground floor construction. So the installation in your case shouldn’t be a problem. We advise you to opt for bigger tiles, so that there is less grouting and therefore less likely for water leaking through over time.
