Can you tell me what kind of resin was used in this flooring. Does it contain pebble/aggregate or just resin? Thank you

Hello John, sorry, your questions are a bit vague.Where in the country are you based? London and the south will be more expensive than further north. If it's mainly internal fit out + new windows and doors [and roof windows] allow about £1650 + VAT / square metre of gross internal floor area. This is based on one builder completing the whole project for you for one lump sum and also based on mid range quality of build and finish. Obviously, if you are after high quality bespoke then it will be a lot more.If you are sourcing materials and organising trades yourself this will reduce costs but add to your time required and hassle factor. Assuming you are after mid range stuff then Howdens kitchens are ok as are some of the internet bathroom suppliers. Having looked at your plans briefly would the new drain run from the ground floor wc be more straight forward if went out to the right and down the parking driveway to the manhole? I assume the existing factory floor is concrete and therefore you will have to break out the concrete for the new drains? Hope this helps.

Hello, I know exactly what you mean :-) and that is what I am having in my kitchen. I have a tall cupboard too but it’s is the same depth as the wall units rather than the base units so it would sit flushed with the boxing around the steel column. My base unit will have an end panel, worktop will go right to the end and then I will also have an end panel for the tall cupboard sitting on top of worktop. My worktop is being fitted tomorrow so I will upload a photo so you can see! :-). I think having an end panel will give it a better finish even if you don’t have any panels in between the other units

Hi, if you did that, the box would be a very prominent feature and unless the box was the same width as the window sill you would have one surface slightly wider than the other which would look unbalanced so ideally I would leave around 100mm - 150mm between the two surfaces as in the photo. That said, it does depend on the height of the window sill from the floor. These details can be difficult to call which is why we use software and get a 3D visualisation. In answer to your second question, yes you could use chrome or satin nickel finish strip or a glass pencil tile to finishes the top of a tile very nicely and avoid that awkward edge created with a ceramic tile. You could use the strip on its own or with a mosaic of some sort - the pink and grey scheme was an Art Deco style set we did for a bathroom showroom. Chrome strip is versatile and can be used to add that touch of sparkle to an otherwise neutral and understated scheme .
