I'm looking for pictures of the Noah house plans by Frusterio Design

I'm looking to build and the Noah house plans is the house I want to build. However, I'd like to see real photos of the outside and inside of an existing house.

Hello Amanda, : )) Do you mean in the kitchen? Yes a nice idea. I like flat plate too, but really plain. Well the best way to describe how I feel about certain alterations is to tell you about someone I knew who "did up" her flat to such a degree that she literally took away all that was characterful about it.. Sometimes it's best to leave things as their patina develops over time and results in something quite special. Restoration is one thing but you can also restore the life out of something and thus diminish in certain contexts the value- and so it's good to know when to stop.. So yes, I'm firmly in the camp suggesting leave them, but of course it's entirely your choice. : ))

Hey Nisha! I love your Option 4 and what a fab design- looks amazing!!! I think Option 4 has lots of space and flow through the room without having to walk around furniture and is a great adult space with formal and informal dining with the addition of the breakfast bar. If little people do come along in the future and you need a play space when they're a little bit older, you can always whip out the breakfast bar and move the table up closer to the kitchen at that point- it's a lovely flexible design. In the meantime Option 4 feels light and open and spacious and looks fab to me. What a long way you've come since your first post! How exciting!

Thanks for ideas, so just to recap I have space outside for 2 cars to park. The garage (as is) doesn’t work for me so hence why I want to change it into a kitchen diner, the kitchen being at the front and the diner at the back...still want to keep downstairs loo and make utility room into shower room. with respect to the 1st floor I want to keep it as a lounge as there are already 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor......oh it’s such a difficult decision...

I love your idea of having the double doors, which provides you the added choice of having two separate rooms, along side keeping the original fireplace as well as the book shelves in the alcoves. That all sounds like it is going to be very cozy and inviting space once done. Large prints, an injection of textiles (rugs, throws and cushions) and luscious green plaints are also a creative way to make your house feel like a home. Where the fireplace is, it might be nice to create a feature wall. As you are keeping the fireplace, I wouldn’t want this feature to detract from the fireplace itself (I have worked with london fireplace specialists before they are experts in this field, so give them a call to help you get it up and running!) as it is beautiful. Can’t wait to see the end finish!
