This is a large flat within a block in St John’s Wood originally built in the 1930’s. The block retains many of its Art Deco features, while the flat itself had been subjected to a rather unfortunate 80s refurbishment. We rearranged the areas for better flow and incorporated Art Deco features into the design to bring the era of the building back to the interior. The result was an elegant and stylish apartment with generous spaces which gives the feel of a gallery but also the warmth of a home with bespoke joinery for a more personalised touch.
