Grade II * Conservation Building in Belgravia

This generous property comprises a basement plus four storeys built in the early 19th century. It forms part of the Grade ll* listed terrace within the Belgravia Conservation Area and the plot also includes an extension of Wilton Mews Street to the rear. Since the 1940s the house has housed the headquarters of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects, with the Wilton Mews extension being built in the early 1950s. We were asked to return the building to its original use and accommodate it for a single family dwelling, including all the necessary amenities to provide high quality living.
