A newly built private residence in a protected area overlooking Golder's Hill Park.
Within the parameters of a luxury residential project, the design of the house sought to maximise the use of sustainable technologies. The openings are carefully orientated without losing sight of the view conditions, and the conservatories and spaces between them buffer the relationship between inside and outside. To maximise the airtightness of the building, a geothermal heat pump and heat exchanger were introduced within the air recovery system.
