Central London townhouse

A traditional Victorian tile design was chosen to be laid in the grand hallway of this property. The result is visually stunning, with the tiles sweeping from the entrance to the far end of the ground floor.

The dining room and library were decorated and specialist fabric wall covering was hung to create a brighter space. Bespoke rugs were designed to complement the curtains which frame the original panel shutters. Joinery was designed for the library with simple hidden lighting to give the room extra depth. On the stairs leading to the lower ground floor, a bold stripe carpet was laid to lift the white paintwork.

A hand-made wooden table surrounded by different coloured classic design chairs acts as the social hub for the family to have their everyday meals.
