This was designed in a conversation area near the coast. This modern dwelling offers 3 bedrooms.

Studio 212ltd worked with the original brick exterior with exposed unique old stone.
We created an additional modern extension to the existing building mixing traditional and modern elements.

The floor to ceiling windows allow the open air space to maximise natural light.
