The Co - Housing Community is a set of apartments located in two wings of a building, connected on each floor - forming stepped, open common spaces between private volumes. Glazed internal, common rooms, suspended in space with the opening panoramic glass roof bring in nature and encourage interaction between people on common ground. Glazed, transparent space acts as an architectural contrast to the closed, private residence area. The main assumption of the project is an attempt to implement the idea, which proposes a new form of housing for seniors blending with all age groups of the Co - Housing, allowing for new dialogue.
