This stunning period 3 bedroom flat in Queens Club Mansions was tired and in need of complete renovation when our clients and new owners took control. The brief was simple - create a modern home for young professionals to house share, including new kitchen and bathrooms, WFH areas, and sociable spaces for friends to hang out in and enjoy.

The flat was completely gutted from top to bottom - new oak flooring was laid throughout, practical wardrobes were added in each bedroom and a new kitchen was installed complete with quartz worktop and feature brass cooker hood. Colours were kept fresh and youthful providing a strong backdrop for vibrant pops of art. And in the main double reception room we built bespoke bookshelf joinery and combined playful fabrics with contrasting colours and vintage furniture - creating a sociable open plan living, dining, hang out space.

The result: a fun, colourful, modern home with youthful, laid back vibes. The perfect environment in which to mix work with play.
