This charming garden flat in the heart of Bedford Park is set in a beautiful Arts & Crafts property with wonderfully bright, well proportioned rooms. The clients wanted a masculine retreat, filled with vintage furniture and eclectic finds - a place to work from home, as well as entertain friends and family.

So we started with restoring the original fireplaces, relaying floorboards and repositioning the layout to accommodate the way they wanted to live. We then re-worked the kitchen / diner to make the space work better, added some cosy seating nooks, and decorated throughout - adding colour, pattern, vintage furniture and layered lighting, whilst also finding space to display the clients’ varied collection of artwork and photography.

The result: a calming, inviting, breezy home that reflects the clients’ personalities. One which allows them to relax the minute they step through the door.
