Part of the Wembley City masterplan for a new quarter of London, Plot W06 is located adjacent to Wembley Stadium and designed to be suitable for high density living. With provision for 274 apartments, 45,500 sq ft of A1 and A3 retail, we were tasked with producing structural consultancy and calculations for balconies and balustrades throughout the development, before handing over to sister company TDS, for the design and detailing element of the project.
