This property was a two-bedroom, one bathroom lower ground garden flat.

The main changes were the addition of an en-suite wet-room in the master bedroom. This was done by reducing the size of the kitchen and placing an ample sized shower room between the two. Although the kitchen was reduced in size, functional practicality was not compromised and state of the art appliances included in the design.

The flat was also fully renovated, with a full rewire, new central heating, garden landscaped and full roof repair to the property’s existing extension.
