Davide listened closely, and suggested his own ideas, with the result that the extensive renovation exceeded our hopes and expectations. “Mr Clark was recommended to us by our Builder when we decided that we wanted a large extension built. After meeting with Mr Clark we were happy to employ him as our Architect for our project. He is clearly an experienced Architect and provided us with suggestions and ideas throughout the process of having the plans drawn up. Mr Clark is very approachable and listened very carefully to what we wanted to have included in our extension. He was able to put our thoughts and ideas into the drawings which made us feel part of the process. Any issues with the drawings were very quickly and professionally dealt with by Mr Clark. We were also very grateful to him for overseeing the administration side with the Planning Department and working closely with our Builder and Structural Engineer. He contacted us regularly to give us updates on the drawings and the planning process. We thought that his professional fees were extremely good value and would have no reservation in recommending Mr Clark as an Architect.”

“NVDC are a very professional and accomplished architect's practice whom I have hired on a number of different projects, ranging from the high end refurbishment of a property in Glasgow in 2009, a complete house refurbishment in Wimbledon in 2012 which involved structural changes and more recently an ongoing project involving the design of a rear two storey extension to my house. Their attention to detail, creativity and ability to interpret from a rough sketch of what we were trying to achieve to a full set of architectural plans has been very impressive. NVDC have always exceeded my expectations and also assume responsibility for resolving many of the complications involving planning regulations, structural engineering and the builders you choose to realise your project. I am certain that without the guidance and services of NVDC, our projects would not been as successful in coming to life as they have been. Thanks!”

“Claudio helped us immensley during our renovation project. We bought a 1940s property and wanted to carry out a full renovation including creating an open plan living area down stairs and extension to the first floor. Claudio helped us from day 1 in helping us create a vision of the open living space we were looking for as well as giving us advice on what we could and couldn't do with the property. He was patient with us when we explained what we wanted and came up with one great design after another. He was there throughout the process for advice, support and helping us through the building process. In the end we could not be happier with how the project turned out and would not hesitate to recommend claudio for any job.”

“We contracted Domestic Architecture to work closely with us on a conceptual design, for a new build dwelling in a rural part of Aberdeenshire. This was to be a challenging project for both ourselves and D.A as the design would have to meet strict planning criteria and a high build specification. We are delighted to report that after much hard work, focused attention to detail and a close collaboration with D.A Architect, we have achieved full planning at first attempt. D.A were attuned with our specific requirements from the get go, and provided a very professional and responsive service. I can highly recommend D.A to any prospective clients.”

“After getting quotes and meeting with a number of architects to undertake the planning and design of a single story extension to our property we chose Stephen Allison. I have rated his company 5 stars as we really cannot fault any aspect of the job he has done for us. As this was our first experience of extending a property he was very helpful and guided us through each step to be made. I found Stephen very approachable and pro active, always taking time to explain any points we were unsure of. He also put us in touch with a structural engineer that I would also recommend as highly and he has the same professional approach as Stephen. I would not think twice about using Allison Architecture in the future and would recommending to family and friends.”

“I hired Malcolm Parry to create and submit full plans for an extension and garage rebuild at my home address. Malcolm was professional, knowledgable, personable and great to work with at all times (even when the council were being rather troublesome). I wholeheartedly recommend MPA Ltd and have done on several occasions! Malcolm charges the market rate for his services and is clear in all communications. I can't recommend him highly enough.”
