He listened carefully to what we wanted and continually updated the plans so that they met all our requirements whilst also making very helpful suggestions of his own during the design process. Most importantly though Chris ,having delivered our drawings ,then worked very closely with our builder to ensure that the house was built to our design and he was always on hand to sort out any issues and problems as they arose during the build process”

“I have employed Andrew on 2 projects, the first being the major conversion of a textile mill into 9 houses with an additional 4 new build during 2006 - 2007. I found he made excellent use of the space available with imaginative designs for both inside and outside the properties. He liaised with planning officers and building contractors coming up with practical solutions when needed and zealously ensuring the budget was not exceeded. The second project was a derelict property which was converted into a small house in 2010.”

“We recently had our kitchen and utility re-modelled by Tony P Ltd, they took note of all our requirements and advised on choice of materials and fittings right down to the bespoke kitchen table. All the work was carried out to the timescales as promised, the standard of workmanship from all of the contractors was excellent and the Project Manager (Andy) was on site everyday, again as promised.
