Maya was extremely professional and prompt with her responses. She sourced a structural engineer to carry the structural design required for the proposed modifications. “Project - first story extension + remodelling other parts of house. Communication - excellent. Happy to communicate over evenings and weekend which is relatively unique and extremely useful for those with full time jobs. brief and vision - listened to us at length and for the first visit spent plenty of time on site. Ongoing input- always happy to answer questions. Guides us through the process and steers us through the ideas. Value - not the cheapest but worth it for the communication and experience. It's a professional approach that means this is great value. We explored all the options so won't have any regrets - part of the cost is the peace of mind of a thorough approach. “Ben delivered an exceptional kitchen and living extension for us and we would highly recommend him. His design whilst unique and contemporary also took into account our existing house style and he managed to marry the two together nicely. His style was excellent as he pushed the boundaries with the design but also took into account all of our needs and the practicalities required in a family home. We also asked Ben to project manage the building for us and this took the stress out of the job and made sure that we got an exceptional end result. “We spoke to a number of architects for help with our bungalow refurbishment. We were drawn to Minesh's enthusiasm for our project and his impressive range of experience. We were looking for design ideas and help with the building regulations drawings. Having now completed this stage, we can say we are very pleased with the services provided by Minesh. He was approachable, positive and friendly throughout. A project like this can be very stressful, however we felt relaxed and constantly reassured.
