“Angie did a brilliant job at totally re-imaging our downstairs living space to transform it from very separate rooms, to a cohesive space fit for a young family still with individual purpose. She focussed on how we could maximise an unused side garden to be a useable, extension to the central lounge. “Design Team were excellent from start to finish. We decided to go with them as they offered one point of contact (we had Steven as our designer) and it was very helpful to sit down with him to discuss our brief in more detail at the measured survey. They secured planning permission for our loft conversion, 1st floor extension and garage conversion. We particularly valued their integrated, fixed fee package and not having to employ a separate structural engineer streamlined the process. As the end of the design process they produced a detailed schedule of works which we were able to send to our shortlisted contractors for tender pricing. They were also very helpful and responsive during the build assisting with queries and providing additional information that was requested by Building Control. Highly recommended.”

“Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. “Property team offered a competitive and modular pricing scheme to get through the planning stages from inception through to detailed plans. They've took over from a previous architect. Since then they've been out and took measurements and we've had Zoom/Teams calls to go through the design where we're able to add and remove items, talk through and visualise the options available. The guys are full of ideas and have a wealth of experience. On-line editing plans and spinning around the house in 3D view to see how things will look. Something our previous architect couldn't do. It's easier working with these guys remote than with someone who turned up and sat in our house. Looking forward to the revised plans being approved and getting into the detailed design.”

“Our family is totally new in London. We bought an interesting 3 bed flat, above 20/F, besides River Thames on one side and overlooking a dock on the other side. The flat is quite new and ready for living in. We however want to have better use of the space while maintaining or even highlighting the character of the flat, we decide to look for an experienced designer from various internet referral platforms. I notice that there are a lot of highly qualified interior designers and architects available out there. After over one month of selection process, we finally decided with confidence to go with SB Studio. We choose See Beng not only because of his impressive portfolio in architectural work and interior design but more importantly is his eagerness and patience to learn our expectation. We have gone thru one month of work together. It is very fulfilled experience. See Beng listens to us patiently to learn the details of our need. In the meantime, he would always provide ideas that we never think of. I can say it is a very harmonious cooperation experience. We contract SB Studio for design and project management. We have expectations of work quality, time control and budget control. See Beng’s resourceful connection in the field provide us more alternatives in terms of style and price. In order to meet time lines, See Beng would work for us during weekends or holidays, when really required. My wife and I are so happy that we have chosen See Beng as our interior designer and project manager.”

“Designed a Garden Room extension to the back of a 1960s house in a 20th Century Conservation Area to create an 'integrated living' feel to the ground floor including taking the kitchen into this space. The Architects worked collaboratively with us, taking the design through the Planning process, producing detailed tender documents to enable us to select an appropriate builder. Remaining in the background but available to support us during the construction period.”
