“I contracted Ed for a redesign of the house I purchased at the beginning of 2013. The original property was a narrow 130+ year old 3.5 story house with 5 bedrooms and 1.5 bath with just under 2,000 square feet. Due to the layout and condition of the house, everything down the the studs were to be removed. I approached Ed requesting for a 3 bed 2.5 bath with some preliminary ideas on layouts. I leaned on Ed's experience to guide me through the project as this was my first house and complete renovation. I could not be more satisfied at the level of professionalism that Ed provided. He assisted with on site support with on the fly sketches and hands on work, produced drawings in a timely fashion, and even helped with communication with the township throughout the permitting and construction process. He also made sure to be an active member throughout the entire project as there were many variables that kept showing up during demolition and initial build. He was a perfect buffer to make sure that my ideas were being conveyed to the contractor, as I am very handy myself, I found it hard to get my message across in a way that my contractor could understand.
