“I have hired HOKO design now for 3 commercial projects of mine and they have always been a delight to work with. The guys are very professional, polite and most of all honest. They listened to all our requirements and wishes and do there best to meet each and every request. They made my life easier by chasing up local councils and going out there way to make sure we got our warrants for our sites. I am now looking to make a extension to my house and I would only use HOKO design for all my design and planning needs. “At the end of 2009 we decided to downsize and build a retirement house in our garden. We wished to build as ecological a house as we could afford and contacted two architects for their advice. Both came up with excellent suggestions, but we felt that StudioKAP really understood where we were coming from. This started a wonderful relationship where we, as the clients worked together with the architects and the construction company to create the beautiful home that we moved into in 2011. We greatly valued the time that the architects spent with us at the beginning finding out what our needs and desires were, and the fact that they involved us, and listened to us, at every stage in decision making. So the house evolved into a beautiful, peaceful space which functions incredibly well as a home. We have now lived here for almost 9 years and would change almost nothing.
