“Sally designed our house with the style, function and design features we were wanting in such a short time! She was able to read our needs and our personalities and construct a home that we could've never imagined! She stayed within our design aesthetics however added her own twist that really was the icing on the cake. She also worked well with our builder, designer and was a team player with the sub-contractors that also touched the house. We were so very pleased with the project and would highly recommend her to others.”

“Jamee designed a custom lake home for our family. She was with us from initial concept thru design. She also handled the entire bidding processing and did all site management for us. I cannot give anything but the highest recommendation and praise for Jamee. Not only do we love our home, we love Jamee! She is creative, a fantastic listener, a problem solver, fun, and beyond professional. Jamee became a sounding board and true partner in the entire building process. Her input was invaluable to us! I think a true testament to the level of her professionalism and excellent work is that our builder also has nothing but the highest praise for Jamee and has actually referred clients to Jamee. Builders often shun working with architects and our builder is referring clients to her...WOW!! “Rod Sidley Architects designed and supervised a complete remodel of our 1950 ranch. The kitchen and bathrooms were gutted, and we added a new office, bedroom, bathroom, Master bedroom, Master bath, walk in closet, and downstairs rec room. Rod initially presented us with three options, and we were able to pick the one that best met our needs and budget. From there, he oversaw the project every step of the way, including demolition, construction, selections (insulation, flooring, fixtures, cabinets, etc.) and finishing. He managed our contractor and made sure they were working according to the blueprints and our specification. He helped us work through problems that inevitably arose, and made sure the work was done within budget, in a quality manner, and on schedule. Rod's knowledge of design, drafting, construction, materials, regulations, and sources is extensive and really helped make this project a success. In our particular case, his contacts and relationships within the Wyoming community were invaluable. We were extremely happy with the end result, and have used Rod Sidley Architects to manage other projects since then. He's the best!”

“Heidi was amazing from the beginning. She met with me first to understand what I was looking for in the addition. When she came to our house to measure, she was very professional but could see already things that I had not thought about in the addition. She submitted the plans to the review board and then came with me to the meeting. The board had a change that they wanted and she made that immediately. I was impressed with how well she merged the plan for the addition with the existing house. It was hard to tell that it was an addition. While she was making the changes, my son asked for a window in the mudroom and she gladly did this. I am so pleased with what she designed for us. Not only did it meet our needs of having more than one bathroom in the house, but she gave us storage that we greatly needed. Our addition included a mudroom with a half bath, a master bath and turning my closet into a walk in closet. My neighbors and friends have commented that you cannot tell there is an addition because it blends so well with the original house inside and out. I found Heidi very easy to work with as she was approachable and very considerate about listening to my family's needs. She is a true professional and I would recommend her services to anyone needing an architect.”

“Jonathan and Dana worked with us to create our forever home build. This was our first time building a house, so we weren't quite sure what to expect. Right from the start, Jonathan and Dana helped to put our minds at ease. They made sure we had weekly video calls to go over our design and specifications. If there were changes, they made them quickly and then sent us the updates for our review. If we had questions, they had answers. We appreciated the time they took with us as we figured things out. We felt very comfortable working with them both and they made the design process pretty easy!”

“Kent with Archignition studio is a brilliant designer. He took the time to really get to know what we wanted to accomplish with the project, respected our ideas while gently directing us and showing us new, creative ways to take better advantage of the space without adding one square foot. Plus he made the process enjoyable and exciting. Not only is he excellent at design, but has a great eye for materials and surfaces that are different and give a truly unique character to our home. He prides himself on designing reasonable size, unique homes and spaces and believes that a house not have to be huge and ostentatious. I am related to the architect.”

“I am the Executive Chairman for our Sigma Chapter of the International Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta's Capital Campaign to raze and rebuild our chapter house at Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH. We have hired Craig E. Dillon and his firm at AIA Architects to design our new chapter house and oversee its construction, which we anticipate beginning in May, 2018. We have known and worked with Craig as far back as 2005. We find him thorough, committed to the success of the project, easy to communicate with/a good listener, and up to date with technology within his field.”

“We planned a significant master bedroom renovation of our upstairs that included adding a dormer, a master bathroom, raising the ceiling and adding windows for southern exposure and passive solar. The existing room was partially finished but with poor insulation and natural lighting and no facilities. We needed a set of plans that we could get bids for work and pull permits with the city. Josh Lloyd w Sym-Home came to the house to review the space, listen to our objectives, and took photos and measurements. Josh prepared 3-D conceptual layouts of the dormer options and the floor plan. My wife was particularly appreciative of the 3-D plans as there were options she had liked in the 2-D plan but upon seeing them in 3-D realized it was not going to work or look the way she anticipated. Josh refined the layout which turned out exactly the way we wanted. We're very happy with the space and would recommend Josh and Sym-Home for residential home renovations.”
