“I was looking for an architect that would be able to transform my galley kitchen into a kitchen/great room combination without having to bump out any areas of the home. When Kurt presented his plan I was amazed at his ingenuity, creativity and the plans' ease of execution. Moreover, as a newbie home renovator, Kurt assisted in patiently answering my endless questions and helped me with the endless design decisions. In addition, he deftly and professionally handled some "interesting" personalities on the job. He also returned my calls and emails promptly. I am so thankful for his help and plan on using him for my next project, phase #2, the exterior!”

“Shawn did a fantastic job on our remodel. My wife and I already had a pretty good job of the floor plan we wanted to create. Shawn helped us tweak these ideas. However, his biggest contribution was with all the many details that we had never considered. For example, he created a skylight over the center of the kitchen with crossing beams and a light hanging down from the middle. Details like this turned a nice house into one that we love.”

“We called upon Mr. Kang when we were totally frustrated, having gotten four different answers from four different Architects. Mr. Kang jumped in and learned about our property and gained the correct information about our project from the City of Thousand Oaks, instead of assuming anything. Even a planner at the City of T.O. asked me, "Where in the world did you find this man! He is so knowledgeable and professional. I wish every architect to come to our counter would take a lesson from him!" Mr. Kang has been honest and sincere and very patient with my indecision. He has guided us to our final design by transforming my questions and concerns into the design that will accommodate our lifestyle, for today and for the future! We would recommend Mr. Kang at Architeyk to anyone who wants a design that won't upset the city planners and require a bunch of changes!”
