“Brosh Architects did an extension and complete home renovation for our semi-detached 3 (now 4) bedroom house in NW London. The level of artistic style, stunning design and bespoke comfort that Lior and his company managed to eke out of our originally very poorly built hovel is just plain incredible - every day since it feels like we've moved into something that would make Grand Designs envious that they didn't follow our project. We now have a spacious, beautiful kitchen as the heart of our home, a gorgeous, tall. full glass-backed extension with spacious roof (without blocking the neighbours right to light) with sunshine entering from all directions, a luxuriously spaced entertainment deck and 2 washrooms that are elegant, comfortable and sumptuous, All aspects were thoroughly thought through and integrated into our plans. Everything about working with Brosh Architects was a delight and a pleasure. The design phase was handled well with a deft balance of structural integrity, architectural vision and, most importantly, our comfort and needs all put together into a very reasonably priced proposal. The company worked with us and helped us through the entire process - the inevitable back and forth with planning (none of it due to Brosh Architect's designs by the way), the on-point selection presented of all the items that elevated the interior and exterior (nothing cheap and cheerful, nothing overpriced - just beautiful, good quality items to complement and enhance the design) and then the ongoing communication and holding-to-task inspection of the work of our chosen contractors and builders, including some inevitable changes where we decided on a few tweaks. It is possible to get architectural firms that ask for a cheaper rate and to get a bog-standard McCube of a house with no inspired design or peace of mind over any aspect of the process or work being done , and it's sometimes possible to be charged several times more than Brosh Architect's rate and still not end up with what you want because you're just another customer with a faceless firm (I've got friends and neighbours who've been through both). Since the architect's fees are relatively small compared to the rest of the work, it's important that you get this choice right (I truly believe Brosh Architects ended up saving us the equivalent of their fees several times over in unwanted and unexpected builders costs with their oversight and contractor inspections). We have gone through this process with absolute peace of mind and we love our house - our friends who saved on these upfront costs haven't had the same experience. The end result is that we have a home that is not just perfectly suited to us, a space who's dimensions just feel right but also a house that is stylish and elegant and has appreciated in value way more than the investment was (as confirmed by several agents we've invited along since).”

“Alessandra supported us with our kitchen renovation. She spent with us half day at Magnet to design our kitchen, select the materials and the colours. She was very careful and detailed oriented to make sure the kitchen we were getting was exactly what we needed/wished for. Important to note that Alessandra is open find solution for what you need/wish for (different from other architects who wants to put their mark and leave their “stamp” in their designs). She did delivered not a kitchen, but what we called a master piece of art - her careful selection of colour and materials + solutions to corners and panels at the top/at the bottom to hide electrics paid off having her in that work. Everyone who comes to our house or lastly who sees our kitchen from Zoom/Skype or Team spots how beautiful it is (not only beautiful, but for us who uses the kitchen it is entirely functional, easy to clean and all sorted). “This is an early review since this process is still ongoing, but our initial offers were recently made available to us. I want to share how pleased we are right now. Even though we seem to have had a very long list of demands that we really didn't believe would work with our plot, nothing has seemed to be too challenging. In addition to a major renovation to make the rest of the house usable for our family, we are planning an annex for a family member. The best part was getting three different proposals presented to us. The 3D pictures really helped us understand the scale of the proposals, and it was nice to have some features that we didn't like (as we didn't realise they were until we saw them). We are now moving on to the next stage, where we are choosing the best aspects from each of the three possibilities, and we'll see how we do. We have had a tonne of questions along the road and will undoubtedly many more. Saam has always been really kind and patient with us, and we are very happy we decided to work with them.”
