Kevin and his colleague really listened to our needs and came up with a design that was in keeping with the age of the property that maintained original features, whilst incorporating our needs for fish tanks, bike storage, and light! The design also allowed completion in stages to minimise disruption for family life. Kevin was able to answer queries promptly and help with all aspects of the planning process. Highly recommended."”

“Maya worked closely with us to produce layouts and building regulation submission for the proposed conversion of an attached garage to extend the existing kitchen, create a utility and a 3rd bedroom/study with ensuite at our property in Kingswinford. Maya was extremely professional and prompt with her responses. She sourced a structural engineer to carry the structural design required for the proposed modifications. “I commissioned Peter in 2018 to design a sculpture for my lounge out of bronze. Peter kept us informed regarding his work throughout the design process and was able to provide prototypes to see what the final sculpture would look like. When the final sculpture was cast it was absolutely stunning. It was a real pleasure to be working with Peter and his team - hope to be using his design services in the future.”

“Architect Garry Thomas provided an excellent service and did a great job designing our new house and getting it through the planning system. At the time he was working with another practice, and when he set up his own practice we had no hesitation to move with him as we were very happy with the services he provided. We would not have secured our planning permission without his determination, expertise and ability to present an overwhelming case to the planning department and planning committee. The end result exceeded our expectations. Garry always goes that extra mile to obtain the results required and expected of his clients. “Project - first story extension + remodelling other parts of house. Communication - excellent. Happy to communicate over evenings and weekend which is relatively unique and extremely useful for those with full time jobs. brief and vision - listened to us at length and for the first visit spent plenty of time on site. Ongoing input- always happy to answer questions. Guides us through the process and steers us through the ideas. Value - not the cheapest but worth it for the communication and experience. It's a professional approach that means this is great value. We explored all the options so won't have any regrets - part of the cost is the peace of mind of a thorough approach. Reliability - does as promises. Has had us over to his house for client brief, so nothing to hide and not afraid to engage fully.”
