The amount of time and care he took in ensuring everything was spot on was admirable. It took a while to appreciate that it wasn’t just about building something practical but that it was to be “designed” and this is where Jake really excelled. One of my favourite touches is the drawer fronts in my new larder cupboard - he cut them out of one piece of oak so the grain runs across all six fronts. Gorgeous! Jo worked to budget, on time, and is meticulously neat and tidy. I highly recommend him. The only thing he needs to do is to commission a 'Jensen Bespoke' plate to fit to his custom designs!!!”

They gave me excellent guidance as to what sort of colour and style would work best (the opposite of what I had in mind), and the job was finished to a high standard with impressive attention to detail. If they noticed something wasn't quite right, that I couldn't even see, they took it back to the workshop and replaced it. Although this added a couple of weeks to the project it was no inconvenience and I knew it meant I was getting the best product.
