“Firstly, I would like to thank Flavio Da Costa, Murilo (project manager) & his team for their work on our 3 bed property – they were amazing! Throughout the 4 month process, the work was progressing faster than schedule, as well as keeping to a very high standard. We had undertaken a whole house refurbishment - which includes but not limited to; wall demolishment’s, full house electrical rewiring, flooring, door replacements, decorating, bathroom, heaters, skirtings, stair bannister, kitchen – basically everything possible! Flavio & his team not only performed the work we requested, but it is evident they care about their work, and their work is not ‘just a job’. We were kept well informed throughout the process; communication was clear, fair and prompt. Flavio & his team were recommended to us from a friend, and I can see why becuase we are very happy with the entire process and final output – we would 100% recommend this company for any jobs you may have (big or small!).”

“The most efficient and friendly staff, highly professional team that can execute your kitchen dreams and desires to an exact specification! The expertise that the team had from the inception with the detailed drawings with great design ideas and 3D visuals created by Sonya, and the level of detail from the installation manager Avtar who was on site during the process and the complete knowledge of every aspect of a kitchen from appliances, accessories, colour schemes and materials and the utilization of space from the directors Ajit and Sukh gave us clear confidence in their work and passion for the job and service provided. They were extremely personable, warm, friendly and charming and a complete joy to have been serviced by. The finished product has been complimented by every guest and is now clearly the highlight of our home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great quality kitchen with fantastic service to go with it! Our family thank you Design Abode for realising our dream kitchen. One happy customer!”

“We recently had the pleasure of working with Bobby and the BMB Chelsea team on a comprehensive renovation of our home. From the outset, Bobby promised us a transformation, and he delivered beyond our expectations. The quality of work was nothing short of the highest standard. Throughout the project, the team maintained open and straightforward communication, ensuring we were informed and comfortable with every decision. “Full Refurb, including re-wire, new kitchen, second bathroom, floor levelling. Asset PM did an excellent job of refurbishing & insulating our North London flat. It was badly laid-out and draughty when we bought it for a good price. We decided to invest the saving in a new kitchen, 2nd bathroom, insulation and upgrade to modern electrics. After speaking with various builders we settled on Asset PM because of the combination of Karolina's calm sense of organisation and Robert's extensive previous build experience. The team was easy to deal with and kept us informed as the works progressed (we briefly moved out to family). One of the things that impressed us is that Asset PM honoured their original quote even though costs went up mid-way through the project due to unexpected inflation. They also took care of the certificates and warranties so we are covered for the future. Thanks Robert & Karolina !”

“I had this company to do some feature walls inside my house (Travertino solid plaster) which is very special. They also rendered the outside of my house which makes the house look very nice. The quality from start to finish was exceptional the boys who came were very polite and very respectful. I would highly recommend this company very professional in their approach.”

“We hired CELLI Property Care for our loft conversion, and I can honestly say that they were just more then we expected. It was our first time doing something this big to our house so we needed someone with experience that knew exactly what would go into a project like this. They did a fantastic job at walking us through every part of the project and they guaranteed that they will keep us in the loop throughout the whole process. The guys were really hardworking, tidy and polite. They would clean at the end of each working day, and they did everything possible not to disturb us. The price wasn't the cheapest of all the quotes we've received, but Celino was by far the most knowledgeable and patient estimator that came to visit us. Overall we are very happy with the job and we would recommend CELLI Property Care to anyone looking to hire a responsible, fair and hardworking contractor. Emma Hughes”

“Having been initially impressed by Nick's work on his own home, my first contact with him was some years ago when he designed a loft conversion for me at a previous address. I therefore had no hesitation in asking him to design and help oversee the work at my new house in 2016, which involved expanding a shower room in a loft conversion within its existing planning remit and re-modelling the downstairs living area. In the loft, he successfully doubled the size of my shower room. In the living area, one of the drawbacks was that the house is mid-terrace Edwardian and it can be quite dark. Nick specialises in maximising light and he used glass in a way that has transformed the property while still retaining the character of the original building. I was also struggling for storage space and he was able to create much more which, while unobtrusive, more than meets my needs. Nick's is straightforward and friendly to deal with and I'd certainly recommend him.”

“Red Studios designed and built a large wardrobe, 2 shelf units and a matching headboard for what is known as our dressing room. They delivered and installed everything on time and to budget and were helpful and pleasant throughout. They also followed up a few weeks later to check everything was still okay, which it was. I would happily use them again.”
