“Chris and his team provided some refurbishment works at my property in Leyton. His team was professional, courteous and efficient whilst having great communication with Chris during the duration of the project. They ensured cleaning/tidying was done on a daily basis which was great as we where still living in the property. The work was carried out to high standard and I was kept up to date at each stage of the project with detailed invoices and explanations of costs so there where no surprises. I would highly recommend Fox Conversions”

“Excellent job by Myles and his team, we needed a side extension for our ground floor Victoria flat and we received a prompt site visit, quote and great communication through from Myles. He dealt with issues quickly and shared progress reports with us throughout - a truly forward thinking contractor. He drives a very nice car too so must be doing something right! “RJDLM refurbished a property for me in Slough recently, the job was first rate. It is hard to find a polite, house trained, fairly priced contractor with this level of pride in the job willing to go the extra mile. They have since carried out a number of smaller jobs including at my local Church. The standard was unerring. I have just asked them to carry out some refurbishment works at another family property in Reading and I am entirely confident I can simply hand over the keys and let them get on with it rather than having to inspect and critique works along the way.”

“Crown Point Builders did an excellent job for us in replacing a odd shaped shower cubicle that was very old and leaking to the flat below. Ben was quick to respond to our initial enquiry, promptly visited the property to view the work and gave as a quote. He gave us a time frame for starting and completing the work which he stuck to. All our questions were dealt with quickly. The work was done to a high standard and we are delighted with the new shower. We would highly recommend Crown Point Builders.”

“Fineva Construction came as a personal recommendation, and they did not disappoint. They built a kitchen extension and side return on our Victorian home in Beckenham. At the outset, they helped make all those tricky decisions I had no experience of, and looking back, we made all the right choices. All work was carried out within the 12 week schedule that was initially agreed and to the highest standards. As with any building work, there were small unforeseen issues that arose. But Pete Cook and his guys always had a solution ready and never tried to increase the cost because of them. The plans we had were always flexible, meaning that when our ideas evolved, they were always happy to incorporate them. They made useful suggestions on how to make improvements that we wouldn’t have thought of, such as adding soundproofing between the floors when the opportunity arose. The guys on site were all a pleasure to have around; courteous, polite and hard-working. As someone who works in the building industry, I was very impressed at every aspect of their work, and they are the top recommendation I have in my book of contacts!”
