“Spencer and his team have completed my single storey extension to an extremely high standard. Spencer has been excellent from day one and has communicated with me through each stage so I understood the process clearly. If there was any issues that did arise Spencer calmly explained the situation to me and due to his excellent knowledge he would come up with ideas and solutions to resolve the problem. Spencer and his team also completed some remedial work due to some poor workmanship from previous builders. The team have turned up every day and didn't go missing for days/weeks on end like previous builders I hired and most importantly they were so clean and tidy which really took the stress out of the job being completed. “The project was a single storey extension, with complete re-design of our ground floor. Andrew visited our property to take extensive internal and external photographs and measurements, and discuss with us at length what we were hoping to achieve. He produced a design / plans and was patient whilst we asked for a couple of minor amendments and asked lots of questions. He was always quick to respond by 'phone and email. He then successfully took us through the planning process with the local council, and produced building control plans which were approved by the council, and used extensively by our builders. We would use Andrew again should we have a future project, and recommend him wholeheartedly.”
