“I was very impressed with Annette Henry at Gage property interiors who demonstrated professionalism and commitment throughout this property development project. She helped me to source the opportunity on Marylands road, Maida Vale and undertake a full reconfiguration and refurbishment of this three-bedroom lower ground floor flat. Annie has a fantastic creative eye for interior design; styling the flat by utilising and enhancing the flow of light throughout the property, which I thought was amazing, given the complexity of the project. Also my involvement was kept to minimum as she project managed the whole scheme from start to finish; regularly keeping me up-to-date with progress and dealing with all the snagging issues which i fully appreciated. I will certainly be using Annie and Gage Interiors for my next scheme.”

“I utilised Caroline’s two hour consultation service (£95) as I desperately needed some advice and ideas for my neglected 1930s hallway. As I don’t live locally, I gave Caroline some ideas and photos via text message about what I liked and didn’t like, my preferred colour palate, and what my priorities were. After some questions from Caroline and some very useful exercises looking at existing spaces and colours, and how we used the hall, she offered some simple solutions which were easily implemented. Simple things like changing the positioning of the existing lighting made a dramatic difference. Caroline then compiled a mood board for me on Pinterest with ideas for paint colours, storage solutions and suggestions for light fittings. She also made recommendations on how I could achieve a modern and coordinated hall that tied in with the existing 1930s features, yet wasn’t overly ‘matchy’. This was complemented with detailed information about sourcing items and recommending paint finishes. Caroline very cleverly sketched her ideas onto my original photo to give me an idea of what my hall could look like. This was really invaluable in helping me ‘see’ my new hall before I started work. I felt that Caroline very quickly ‘got’ what I was after. She was really friendly & approachable, responsive and offered really helpful, practical and straightforward suggestions. She didn’t impose her own tastes and encouraged me to develop my own. Initially I felt that I didn’t really know what I wanted but after conversations with Caroline, I began to gain confidence. I cannot recommend Caroline’s service highly enough. She was great fun to work with and the entire process was really enjoyable.”

“When I was seeking ideas for a knock through layout for an open plan family room, Piur & Co were really helpful and came up with designs we had not even thought of and solved the issues that we had in our home. They provided very detailed floor plans that we could use to go forward. When possible amendments (purely due to budget) were discussed Piur & Co happily did this for me. Highly rated and so helpful and creative.”

“Susie designed our new kitchen and snug room and project managed the building works. We were delighted with the initial design which reconfigured the rooms in a way that we would never have considered. We have not used an interior designer before but found it allowed us to continue our full-time jobs while Susie dealt with the issues arising on site. Susie was professional and helpful at each stage of the project. We are absolutely thrilled with the final result, a very cosy and comfortable living and dining space that suits all our family needs. We would thoroughly recommend her for your next project.”

“Emilie was brilliant. She did a complete renovation of my Victorian terrace, upstairs and down, including kitchen extension and reviving some original features that had been stripped away. She took my (attempts at explaining) my style and turned it into an actual vision. She gave me solutions to using the space which I had been defeated by and saved me a lot of money on bad furniture decisions. The contractors Emilie brought in were great too. A friendly, hard working team I came to know and like well. Before she got to work, I basically regretted buying my house. The house had so many issues and we didn't have a lot of room in the budget, but she delivered a home I never want to leave. She is very friendly and professional, never lets you feel like you're alone. Highly recommend.”

“I hired the services of Moodesignz after a friends recommendation. Dory came for a consultation to discuss options for our 3 rooms which involved changing the use of 2 of them. I got 3D views and mood boards with plenty of product suggestions! Often with us picking the first item recommended. Overall the rooms flow together nicely and we have received many many complements on the design. It's like it fits your house style nicely so you feel you could have come up with it as not out there but in reality of course you couldn't that's why you hired Dory! Fully recommend.”

“WOW, Catherine is amazing! I now totally love my stunning open living space and the whole family now wants to spend time together. I always thought I had a good eye for décor and design so was tempted to tackle myself but wanted some fresh ideas. Catherine gave me options, ideas and really challenged my thinking about what I wanted to create. I never thought I would live in a home like this, and it has brought the entire family together to relax and enjoy in pure luxury! Even my older children want to chill out with us now! It’s not just the materials, textures and colours she helped with, Catherine helped create more space, lighting with features and accessories that I’d never have found. Catherine is so positive and creative - she made sure everything was perfect. I can’t thank Catherine enough – she is friendly and bubbly and a true professional, friendly, always taking time to listen and then comes up with the most amazing suggestions. Catherine had added that finishing touch of class and elegance and I would highly recommend! Thank you Catherine!”
