“Generally very positive. The small problems we had were generally not down to Linda at all, and she project managed us through these very well, and was always responsive. My only slight issues of the job overall were all post pandemic related and probably not so relevant now. One contractor who was a bit unreliable/uncommunicative and gave us all a headache. Price obtaining materials/appliances so that we had a decent overspend. Some of the original estimates we had were too low, and contractors were just unable to deliver on price, even when we changed designs. As I said, I think that was contractors raising their prices opportunistically. In general, you’d be mad to attempt a significant remodel with out a decent designer/project manager, and we are very happy with Linda’s services”

“Having been used to furnishing period properties, I suspected I would be in trouble when I purchased a large, square-roomed flat with no intrinsic features to guide me. Fortunately I found Lisa who, over a period of several months, has delivered a home that is both stylish and comfortable. She is very professional and needed to be extremely patient, since I knew what I didn’t want rather than what I did. After an initial meeting on site she produced mood-boards that were subsequently added to and subtracted from. Having sourced pieces that she felt would work Lisa accompanied me on two days of pre-arranged meetings with suppliers, her presence being invaluable in keeping me focused. She ordered items once decided upon and arranged for their delivery, which sometimes required time-consuming input on her part since I am absent from the UK for periods of time. Lisa has great ideas, is a delight to work with and really cares about what she does. In short, I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone seeking a thoughtful, talented and pro-active interior designer.”
