“Fantastic company! We had Chris and the team out to convert a cupboard in our new tenement flat into a second bathroom. It wasn’t an easy job at all, but we’re absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Even when complications arose part way through (who knew we had an old Victorian fire place hiding behind our kitchen units) they were able to pivot quickly and get everything back on track. Communication by Chris, Ricky, Elaine and the team was second to none, and gave us real confidence in selecting Forazzi for our job. Although not the cheapest out there, you’re paying for quality and the peace of mind knowing that the job will be done properly by a team with real skill and experience (especially in Victorian properties). Already considering booking them in to renovate our second bathroom! Special mention to Greg, who seems to be able to work absolute magic. We were really concerned about our hard wood floors and kitchen units being damaged when being removed to run the pipe work from the cupboard, which was right in the middle of the flat, out the back. He managed to do this and replace them without a single scratch. He also spent hours straightening all of the walls in the original cupboard - who knew they were so squint!? Seb was fantastic too, and we really appreciate the job he did sprucing up the kitchen with a lick of paint. We now have a brand new bathroom and fresh looking kitchen! Thanks again Forazzi!”

“We've been working with Danny and the team at Hoko Design for the past few months after hiring them to help us with our first ever building project, a one-storey pitched roof extension to our kitchen giving us a seating space looking out into our garden. We're currently at planning permission stages with the aim to complete the project in spring 2020. We were drawn to Hoko because of the full service they provide - great for first-timers like us! We're loving working with them, it's a breath of fresh air and Danny has been a joy to deal with. We're loving the fresh approach to the whole process, the VR session brought the plans to life for us and helped us picture what our build will look like, much harder to do from drawings alone. Their online dashboard is brilliant, we can see all the updates on the project, review documents and make payments quickly and easily, so far it's made the process fast and painless. We're looking forward to completing our project which we know is not only going to look awesome but also revolutionise the way we can use the space in our home and cut out the need for an expensive move for many more years. I'd absolutely recommend Hoko Design whether this is your first project or your fiftieth - they take all the stress out of what can be a stressful experience and actually make it enjoyable, exciting and fun!
