“I am delighted to be able to highly recommend LVCA Construction. We worked with Mr Dan Alexandru Popa in two different occasions: in 2014 when he completely retilled our roof, did some structural changes and isolated it with state of the art materials. His work was impeccable. It was done in perfect timing, faster then we imagined. He talked us through the plan from the very beginning, everything went just as planned and since then we have a new, superb roof with an extremely good insulation. The room is warm in the winter, we hardly need to put the heating on. In 2022 we added a bathroom to the loft. Alex planned the work in such a way that we gained a big and bright room even though we put a bathroom in it. All his team was super reliable. Alex answered all our questions all along the way, he suggested the right materials and appliances for us, he managed the project entirely from scratch and until the end. We are more than pleased with the result. Our loft bathroom and bedroom look beautiful. I can not recommend him highly enough. We will be hiring him for our major downstairs works.”
