“Working with these guys for the second time, they have just successfully turned our pebble-dashed 2-up-2-down into an Architectural jewel. JP and his team worked tirelessly through the February snowstorms, and even when TFL failed London Balma were on site with a can do attitude - they even got on with our [awesome] Architects!
The works included external renovations, replacement windows and doors, a new fully glazed extension, parquet flooring, bespoke joinery throughout, and the opening up of the loft to create what might be Sidcup's only 2 bedroom house with a triple-height space! Externally the garden levels have been altered, drainage introduces, hard and soft landscaping introduced and a fantastic new garden room.
These pictures on this dreary day really don't do this project justice, we have a professional photographer booked for July and will update our review accordingly!”
