I'm looking for a brilliant cut silver mirror, the style is 60/40 split similar to the door attached

Does anyone know of any suppliers/glass/mirror processors that will delivery to Cheshire area

Hi! Try Cheadle Glass, their website is down at the moment but I have used them at work and they can do pretty much anything. They have a showroom in Stockport so pretty local!

Here's an update on the work. I've finished the pebbledash first coat, and the painter did the fascias, soffits, door and window. The green I chose came out a lot darker than I thought, but never mind. What do you think? What's left to do is add some nice pots in front, put up the guttering (I'm going to do that now), another coat of the white masonry paint, and of course the most important part, put a cat image in the window!

HI Tani, it looks great! I wouldn't add a mirror cabinet as I find them a bit dated if I'm being totally honest. If anything maybe a mirror but would leave that to the new owners as I think it looks great as is and like the idea of the cosy dark space for a bath. Same thing for the window, the room doesn't look unfinished without a window dressing in my opinion unless needed for privacy? Perhaps a couple of vintage style bottles for the end of the shelf by the grey ŵall and add a plant to dress that shelf a bit more? Maybe just a white orchid in a corner of the window sill and a towel on the radiator with a couple stacked on the end of the bench?

It's hard for anyone to say whether you can do it without knowing your diy skills. I used a decorator with general DIY skills to put up my walls as decorators charges tend to be much cheaper. You could also try a handyman however people would need to know type of fire, finish on chimney breast, size and design Etc. I think you'd be better off getting a few quotes though tbh in as trades differ hugely depending on area. If you're looking to put the tv over the fire do think about a comfortable viewing height ( you might consider a ribbon flame style fire as they tend to be long and skinny so the tv could be hung lower) and I would also recess the tv in the chimney breast so as to protect it from the heat of the fire or consider a mantle over the fire to deflect the heat. there's quite a number of paintings on this link which could work not knowing what style of art you like https://www.notonthehighstreet.com/partners/omarobaid/products
