Comments (4)This is likely to be our forever house so we want to get it right and something that will stand the test of time. I was thinking sliding for the big opening but then struggling for the others. I like the idea of opening it all up in the family room but not sure how often we’d really do that and we will likely have a step down to the patio too so been wondering about French. The smaller doors on the side are tricky as table will be slightly in front of them so not a door to use often so again thinking French or maybe bifold as 2 will only be 2 panels but conscious of impact on the patio of two lots of doors opening on to it. So hard to know! Also the look of lots of different door styles...See MoreLooking for some advice please... black Crittall style sliding doors
Comments (7)Hi Tracey, Why not look at getting the Crittall doors in white to match the bifolds? I haven't got a close up photo of the Crittall system in white but I have a photo of a similar aluminium system in white which may be give you an idea of it being a suitable match to your white bifolds... The black can look a little stark against other white doors or windows but the style is such a great look it is well worth exploring the possibilities. I hope this helps, and if you want to get a quote from YES Glazing Solutions please get in touch :-)...See MoreCrittall Style Doors Dilemma
Comments (6)We watched the George programme too last night on catch up. That Edwardian house was utterly beautiful and we both kept pausing it to chat about the stuff they had done and how we could use the ideas in our house! Andy, I am sorry I cannot help on your dilemma but when you do get it sorted it would be fantastic if you could share your solution with us. Best of luck with it....See MoreMelissa Gandhi
