A Georgian Beauty is Remodelled in Blackheath
This project involved significant spatial planning and changes to doors and walls in order to re-configure the layout of the first floor of this beautiful Georgian house in Blackheath.
I presented various options, showing 3D designs and mood boards for the master bathroom and bedroom, shifting walls and doors to allow to create a new walk through dressing room and a new small guest cloakroom.
As the space was limited, we had to shrink the size of the bathroom to create the dressing room, and I devised different bathroom layout options until we managed to come up with a scheme that would tick all the boxes.
When the clients realized that they couldnt manage a builder , they asked me to employ a contractor for the entire project and to coordinate this as an all-in service from conception to installation.
I designed, sourced and managed the entire scheme covering all the wonderful built in joinery, sourcing all the bathroom fittings, lighting , new flooring throughout, fabrics, paint colours, blinds, as well as a new bed with complementary headboard, cushions and bedcover.
