The brief was to build from scratch a functional, eco friendly, Ralph Lauren colonial style holiday beach home which would function for 2 families to share together. We created 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a playroom, living room, kitchen and laundry room for sharing. A covered porch runs along the entire front of the house and around an L shape forming a large terrace in front of the kitchen with an extendable outdoor dining table.
