The brief was to redevelop a large rural garden into an exotic/mediterranean paradise by introducing many new plants, restructuring the plant beds, building terraces, paths, planting an olive tree grove, building a pool and a pool house, and play areas for children and teens. We designed a beautiful outdoor pool house which contains an open fireplace with a large seating and dining area, a mini kitchen with barbecue, an outdoor shower and clever storage for all the cushions and decorations over the winter. The playground was designed in collaboration with the clients kids and built in the UK and then transported and built up on site. We renovated a shed and turned it into a teens den with ping pong table and lights and music. We built and landscaped a beautiful 15x12m pool coupled with a small cosy gazebo for snacks, lunches or tea time by the pool which also serves as storage for the cushions and towels, fitted with beautiful lighting and music. At night the entire estate is expertly lit, highlighting the best features.
