Canterbury Full Home Project

The clients spacious bedroom needed to be upgraded to a useable space. Inspired by the British Colonial style, the bedroom has been transformed, taking elements from a boutique hotel room, emphasising the dark wood, rattan furniture, alongside botanical and animal prints.

The bedroom features two cabinets either side of the fireplace, each with rolling hinged doors, allowing them to hide down the side of the cabinets when in use. The wall colour is paid with the wallpaper, adding a complimenting pop of colour

The usability of this bedroom was a problem for the client. The boutique hotel element really stands out in the cabinetry of the room. The far cabinet holds a gin bar complete with wine cooler, sink and tap.

The boutique hotel inspiration, gave lead to a built in gin bar cabinet. With a mirror splashback, and brushed brass accents, the elegance encapsulates the boutique feel.

The use of the black furniture and black and amber tiles, compliments the use of brushed brass accents, allowing continuity and flow in this grand and bold bathroom.

As part of the project, the hallway was decorated with neutral and black tones, providing a beautiful contrast between the two. The clients also asked us to help source the hallway mirror and table, as well as the wardrobe in the next room.
