The owners of this beautiful 15th century property came to Roots looking for a sensitive refurbishment for their kitchen, bathroom, cloakroom and wc. The renovation required a flexible approach, some good design solutions and an expert team who would look after this listed property. The brief was to create a more practical family kitchen with better storage, cooking space, light and plenty of preparation area. The downstairs wc and utility room was one space which required definition and the family bathroom was tired and in need of updating. The resulting spaces provided practical solutions with modern conveniences while still keep true to the style and heritage of the property.
