    “Alessandra supported us with our kitchen renovation. She spent with us half day at Magnet to design our kitchen, select the materials and the colours. She was very careful and detailed oriented to make sure the kitchen we were getting was exactly what we needed/wished for. Important to note that Alessandra is open find solution for what you need/wish for (different from other architects who wants to put their mark and leave their “stamp” in their designs). She did delivered not a kitchen, but what we called a master piece of art - her careful selection of colour and materials + solutions to corners and panels at the top/at the bottom to hide electrics paid off having her in that work. Everyone who comes to our house or lastly who sees our kitchen from Zoom/Skype or Team spots how beautiful it is (not only beautiful, but for us who uses the kitchen it is entirely functional, easy to clean and all sorted). Thank you Alessandra - you made us very happy and ensured lockdown could be easily managed with our new lovely and super functional (easy to clean) kitchen! Before Alessandra - red kitchen. After Alessandra - the modern, atemporal grey/blue kitchen (please see pictures).”

    “Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. We would definitely use them again for future work.”

    “Model Projects were a delight, from the initial brief with James who immediately took my requirements and turned them into a fantastic design - spot on first time with no amendments necessary. Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”

    “Innovative design ideas with precise attention to detail. FP provided a thorough service from design to project management (including liaising with builder throughout project; obtaining planning permission; managing payment schedules). Good source of knowledge and advice for furnishings and fittings. Some expensive tastes...! Very nice to deal with and would reccomend without any hesitation.”

    “Corrie has recently helped us to come up with some new ideas on how to reconfigure our house. My husband and I had been going round in circles about how we could fit two bathrooms into the house. Corrie came up with fresh ideas that we hadn’t thought of (and we had thought a lot!), so we will now be able to have the en suite we have always wanted. Corrie is practical but also uses imagination when looking at a space. We have valued his advice immensely, as we needed a creative approach on how to make use of fairly inflexible rooms and he provided just that - with options! We felt that Corrie’s experience working on both hotel and housing projects, made him perfect for us, as he knows how to make things work in small spaces but also understands how people want to live, so his suggestions are both valuable and visually appealing. I can’t recommend Corrie enough as an architect and on top of that he’s a genuinely lovely person. Even if you’re not quite sure what you want yet, it’s worth getting in touch as he might just help you work it out.”

    “Designed a Garden Room extension to the back of a 1960s house in a 20th Century Conservation Area to create an 'integrated living' feel to the ground floor including taking the kitchen into this space. The Architects worked collaboratively with us, taking the design through the Planning process, producing detailed tender documents to enable us to select an appropriate builder. Remaining in the background but available to support us during the construction period.”

    “Studio 212.eu Drew interior design specific drawings for our currently on going extension to our home in Chislehurst. I was extremely refreshed by how the initial meeting with them opened up my eyes to how we could utilise our space to maximum. After the drawings were done we got 4 possible options to choose from. They were available with patients to answer any questions, especially for me as I am poor at understanding architectural drawings. They made it easy for me to visualise the end product. It was definitely worth our money. Approachable architects that I’d not hesitate to recommend.”
