“Yihyi has helped our family on a couple of occasions, and both have gone so well that we intend to get her involved in a third project. We can't recommend her highly enough. She helped my brother turn a two bed one bath flat into a three bed two bath flat, creating a great family home from a small space, with flair and care - but without a huge budget. A couple of years later, she has helped me update my loft space and create a living and sleeping space that we absolutely love, and also reworked my bathroom, shower room and small toilet - all of which I love. If you get the chance to hire her - do it!”

“Our professional relationship has grown into a friendship. When our project ran into a problem, Frank resolved it with the Council with intelligence, creativity, and urgency, which is the basis upon awarding him 5 stars. Visitors to our home are struck by how thoughtful the architecture has resolved old and new, and how the quality of space created is expansive. The whole has been crafted to retain the integrity of the original building cloaked in a refreshed result which underpins our enjoyment of our home, and gives us confidence that the investment is truly valuable.”

“Doug is fantastic. I highly recommend. His attention to detail is fantastic and had lots of great ideas on how to improve the project. Having taken the project on after we discarded our previous architects, he came in and made many crucial improvements to the project. Then managed the project through to completion really well, liaising with builder and client very effectively and professionally. He has a real passion for what he does and that comes through. We are extremely happy with the result. I'm already thinking about the next project with him.”

“During a recent project of theirs CCASA Architects came to us in search of a vintage modular shelving solution which we were able to source for them quickly and within their budget. They were a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend them!”

“Brosh Architects did an extension and complete home renovation for our semi-detached 3 (now 4) bedroom house in NW London. The level of artistic style, stunning design and bespoke comfort that Lior and his company managed to eke out of our originally very poorly built hovel is just plain incredible - every day since it feels like we've moved into something that would make Grand Designs envious that they didn't follow our project. We now have a spacious, beautiful kitchen as the heart of our home, a gorgeous, tall. full glass-backed extension with spacious roof (without blocking the neighbours right to light) with sunshine entering from all directions, a luxuriously spaced entertainment deck and 2 washrooms that are elegant, comfortable and sumptuous, All aspects were thoroughly thought through and integrated into our plans. Everything about working with Brosh Architects was a delight and a pleasure. The design phase was handled well with a deft balance of structural integrity, architectural vision and, most importantly, our comfort and needs all put together into a very reasonably priced proposal. The company worked with us and helped us through the entire process - the inevitable back and forth with planning (none of it due to Brosh Architect's designs by the way), the on-point selection presented of all the items that elevated the interior and exterior (nothing cheap and cheerful, nothing overpriced - just beautiful, good quality items to complement and enhance the design) and then the ongoing communication and holding-to-task inspection of the work of our chosen contractors and builders, including some inevitable changes where we decided on a few tweaks. It is possible to get architectural firms that ask for a cheaper rate and to get a bog-standard McCube of a house with no inspired design or peace of mind over any aspect of the process or work being done , and it's sometimes possible to be charged several times more than Brosh Architect's rate and still not end up with what you want because you're just another customer with a faceless firm (I've got friends and neighbours who've been through both). Since the architect's fees are relatively small compared to the rest of the work, it's important that you get this choice right (I truly believe Brosh Architects ended up saving us the equivalent of their fees several times over in unwanted and unexpected builders costs with their oversight and contractor inspections). We have gone through this process with absolute peace of mind and we love our house - our friends who saved on these upfront costs haven't had the same experience. The end result is that we have a home that is not just perfectly suited to us, a space who's dimensions just feel right but also a house that is stylish and elegant and has appreciated in value way more than the investment was (as confirmed by several agents we've invited along since).”

“We had a very good experience working with Marcin and his team. He is very knowledgeable, understands the client requirements and proposes options to choose from. He is also upfront in suggesting any option that has less probability of approval. They also follow up with the council on the application and ensure they stay in touch with the case officer, answering their concerns and adjusting quickly to get the application approved Thanks Marcin and team for the wonderful work you did in getting positive outcome on both our applications”

“I hired Detailed-Planning to produce plans for an extension involving creating a kitchen diner and a larger bedroom. From the beginning they were very professional and had very good ideas to compliment my own ideas. They took care of all the legalities and recommended builders etc. I was taken to see a previous project which is very unusual but extremely helpful. They have been exemplary in answering any questions and even met with my neighbours addressing their concerns and allaying any fears they had. The company have visited on a number of occasions to check on progress and took photographs on a regular basis. I have recommended them to others as I found their attitude to be very professional but also very human!”

“Rees+Lee designed my kitchen extension and helped me with the internal design of the kitchen and playroom, helping to maximise space. They were always on hand for advise and I felt they had my best interest at heart. They gave great advise and helped source all of the internal and external design fixtures and fittings. Their advise on aesthetics was brilliant, which helped me make important decisions that I wasn't confident making on my own. My experience with Rees+Lee was great, I would highly recommend this company.”

“Yasmin Shariff designed and oversaw the contract for renovation of an old Methodist Chapel in Lincolnshire. The original conversion had divided the chapel into four units. I procured Yasmin's professional help to join two of the units together, making a six-bedroom dwelling with spacious open plan ground floor living. Yasmin listened to my aspirations for the building then produced and modified designs that were contemporary whilst being sympathetic to the heritage of the chapel. She has made the most of natural elements such as light and ventilation. Eye to detail and timescales, coupled with her wide experience, resulted in Yasmin drawing up a stunning design that pushed the boundaries of what I thought was possible. Equally, the project was manageable within budget and now provides a quality of lifestyle and comfort. The thoroughness of her work meant that the build phase of the project went without hitch. I am truly delighted with the finished outcome.”

“I've worked with Edward Parsley Assocoaites Ltd for many years and have always found them totally professional, great at listening and responding to client briefs with creative and practical advice on a range of building challenges. The value of having multiple professional disciplines (architecture, design and structural engineering) in house can be a real advantage for more complex projects.”
