“Our family is totally new in London. We bought an interesting 3 bed flat, above 20/F, besides River Thames on one side and overlooking a dock on the other side. The flat is quite new and ready for living in. We however want to have better use of the space while maintaining or even highlighting the character of the flat, we decide to look for an experienced designer from various internet referral platforms. I notice that there are a lot of highly qualified interior designers and architects available out there. After over one month of selection process, we finally decided with confidence to go with SB Studio. We choose See Beng not only because of his impressive portfolio in architectural work and interior design but more importantly is his eagerness and patience to learn our expectation. We have gone thru one month of work together. It is very fulfilled experience. See Beng listens to us patiently to learn the details of our need. In the meantime, he would always provide ideas that we never think of. I can say it is a very harmonious cooperation experience. We contract SB Studio for design and project management. We have expectations of work quality, time control and budget control. See Beng’s resourceful connection in the field provide us more alternatives in terms of style and price. In order to meet time lines, See Beng would work for us during weekends or holidays, when really required. My wife and I are so happy that we have chosen See Beng as our interior designer and project manager.”

We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. “Studio 212.eu Drew interior design specific drawings for our currently on going extension to our home in Chislehurst. I was extremely refreshed by how the initial meeting with them opened up my eyes to how we could utilise our space to maximum. After the drawings were done we got 4 possible options to choose from. They were available with patients to answer any questions, especially for me as I am poor at understanding architectural drawings. They made it easy for me to visualise the end product. “Brosh Architects did an extension and complete home renovation for our semi-detached 3 (now 4) bedroom house in NW London. The level of artistic style, stunning design and bespoke comfort that Lior and his company managed to eke out of our originally very poorly built hovel is just plain incredible - every day since it feels like we've moved into something that would make Grand Designs envious that they didn't follow our project. We now have a spacious, beautiful kitchen as the heart of our home, a gorgeous, tall. full glass-backed extension with spacious roof (without blocking the neighbours right to light) with sunshine entering from all directions, a luxuriously spaced entertainment deck and 2 washrooms that are elegant, comfortable and sumptuous, All aspects were thoroughly thought through and integrated into our plans. Everything about working with Brosh Architects was a delight and a pleasure. The design phase was handled well with a deft balance of structural integrity, architectural vision and, most importantly, our comfort and needs all put together into a very reasonably priced proposal. The company worked with us and helped us through the entire process - the inevitable back and forth with planning (none of it due to Brosh Architect's designs by the way), the on-point selection presented of all the items that elevated the interior and exterior (nothing cheap and cheerful, nothing overpriced - just beautiful, good quality items to complement and enhance the design) and then the ongoing communication and holding-to-task inspection of the work of our chosen contractors and builders, including some inevitable changes where we decided on a few tweaks. It is possible to get architectural firms that ask for a cheaper rate and to get a bog-standard McCube of a house with no inspired design or peace of mind over any aspect of the process or work being done , and it's sometimes possible to be charged several times more than Brosh Architect's rate and still not end up with what you want because you're just another customer with a faceless firm (I've got friends and neighbours who've been through both). Since the architect's fees are relatively small compared to the rest of the work, it's important that you get this choice right (I truly believe Brosh Architects ended up saving us the equivalent of their fees several times over in unwanted and unexpected builders costs with their oversight and contractor inspections). We have gone through this process with absolute peace of mind and we love our house - our friends who saved on these upfront costs haven't had the same experience. The end result is that we have a home that is not just perfectly suited to us, a space who's dimensions just feel right but also a house that is stylish and elegant and has appreciated in value way more than the investment was (as confirmed by several agents we've invited along since).”
