“I’ve worked with this company a few times now and have been thrilled with all aspects of our dealings. We have had both basement conversion plans done (with building regs all sorted for us etc) and have had a ground floor extension planned, built and supported by the team. We’ve been so happy with the results of our extension and the space really has maximised our space and transformed our home. We found Spencer brilliant to work with. He’s always gotten to know exactly what we are looking to achieve and has listened to my crazy ideas, but then always come up with a way to achieve them (or he’s often come up with far better alternatives!) We’ve also had support from the company in the form of party wall representation when there was building work next to our house and this was a great comfort to know there was someone who took time to get to know our house so well and was there to ensure we remained protected throughout the experience. I really would highly recommend to anyone.”

“The guys at Edge AD completed the design and technical drawing package for our renovation and room conversion as well as submitting planning and building regulations. They also recommended and liaised with the builder throughout the build. I would have no hesitation recommending them as their approach was professional and fast. Nothing was too much trouble and every question was answered quickly. Their ideas were great and we have finished up with a fantastic house as a result.”

“James and his team have been absolutely brilliant on two jobs. The first was a loft conversion and single storey rear extension on our semi in Moortown where we were particularly impressed with James' skill in managing to get a staircase up to the loft without losing our third bedroom on the 1st floor. We used James against more recently on our house in St Albans (we liked what he had done in Leeds so we stuck with him) and love the design he came up with for our kitchen diner extension. Highly recommended as an architect, very reasonable and has come in on budget on our jobs to date..”
