They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. “My husband and I used Vaidas for our house refurbishment and extension project in Hatfield a couple of years ago. We were very pleased with his services and approach from start to finish. He obtained planning permission, dealt with building control and also supervised the construction on site. He was always easy to reach and was always patient and helpful in guiding us through our first project with the many questions that we had. I can thoroughly recommend Vaidas to everyone (and have done in the past) for their architectural needs. We've had plenty of compliments about our house and especially about our open plan kitchen and living room which opens to the garden from people visiting and I have always referred them to Vaidas. “Tony was both creative and pragmatic on our massive rennon project on this 1978 link detached house that had been neglected and unloved since the previous owner was taken ill, some time back. His use of space and introduction of light and curves into areas of the house have been elemental in creating more space for us and we are delighted with the thoughtful choice of materials. Always will to help and be pro-active in a "soft-way" and working well with the building team made the project and enjoyable and rewarding experience.”

“Roc haus helped us from start to finish and we can't thank them enough. They designed our dream family home, liaising with our neighbour to get a large joint application granted, which enabled us to have the 4 bedrooms we required. They also helped me get the structural engineering package in place, completed the party wall process for us, recommended contractors and advised on the contract once we had selected our preferred contractor. It was so helpful and reassuring to have them behind us throughout the whole process to make it as easy as possible.”

“I worked with Pepyn from Studio Nolet on a project in Stockwell, London in 2020. The project started during the pandemic so certainly not normal circumstances for anyone involved. I found Pepyn to be very professional and he took a very hands on approach when issues arose. Something I appreciated as a project manager for the main contractor (MH Costa), particularly in the midst of a nationwide lockdown. The design package was clear, concise and was provided along with a full specification which made ordering very simple for our procurement team. The finished house looks amazing and we are very proud to have worked on the project. I hope to work with Pepyn and Studio Nolet again in the near future.”
