    “Mr Robertson was worth every penny! He was instrumental in guiding us through many hoops when it came to renovating our listed cottage. He was able to give us good ideas and took the heat out of all the overwhelming paperwork that was essential for the job. He liaised with Exmoor Park and was able to deal with any hiccups in a calm and professional way. He was always polite and explained things to us in layman terms when necessary. Mr Robertson worked to our finances and was always "on the case" as it were. Without him, the cottage would not look as stunning as it is today.”

    “We have just received planning permission for our internal reconfiguration which Simon has designed for us. He visited us on several occasions and helped us to see the potential in our property exploring all the options available. Together we talked through how we want to use the house and we have used every pocket of space to reach that potential. Simon has been friendly and accommodating throughout and he has kept in touch regularly. He talked us through the planning process and kept us updated whilst successfully securing planning permission. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon, he is a highly skilled architect and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Many thanks Simon!”

    “James designed and oversaw a major four-unit residentail conversion for the rental market in Central London. This involved significant planning and listed buiding issues and he negotiated a potentially sensitive and difficult design process with aplomb. His interaction with the various contractors was also spot on. The resulting apartments have attracted very strong rents which is testament to their design and the finish quality which James was able to help provide.”

    “We needed an extension annexe for my daughter & husband to blend in with the original late 18th century farm building. An added problem was the steep slope of the ground and limited space. Sam came up with a superb design that so perfectly matched the old building that the new extension looks like it was part of the original building, while the interior is bright and modern.     “Hugh has completed two projects for us. The first was designing an extension at the rear of our property some 20 years ago. Living in Dartmoor National Park his experience of dealing with such authorities was invaluable. The design was cleverly conceived and as unobtrusive as possible whilst meeting all of our requirements and satisfying the planners. The second project, some 6 years ago involved the design and construction of a green oak frame extension. Again this has blended in perfectly and met with the total approval of the planning authorities. Hugh is a delight to work with and we have no hesitation in recommending him.”

    “I had a great result from working with Lawrence on my basement flat extension and outhouse building project. Lawrence understood the brief fully and undertook detailed plans that were clear and representative. The whole experience was very collaborative, especially on the design and planning process.
