“Prime Meridian designed a single story extension to our kitchen at the rear of our Grade 2 listed Georgian town house; applied for and obtained Listing Building Consent; recommended local builders and then supervised the JCT small build contract for the works. Design advice and communication were excellent with regular site inspections and minuted meetings with builders and ourselves. Supervision was highly effective and we are very pleased with the striking modern design complementing the age and character of the house.”

“My husband and I downsized to a 1960 bungalow in need of full update. I suffer from arthritis and the main issue was for property to be fully accessible and meet my current and future needs. In particular we wanted to ensure whilst accessible it didn't look like a property adapted for disability but look sleek and modern. We had our own ideas but not the knowledge or expertise to put into practice. Working with Luke was a very productive experience. He grasped our vision and designed the remodel making the most of space and function. All our friends and family were amazed at the result. Some thought we were mad to take the project on but the end result is much better than we initially imagined.”
